Sea level to the Sky
The base package covers the whole corridor, from the head of Howe Sound to the Pemberton Valley. Beyond it, travel is $0.75 per km.
Built from the same timber as the view
Most mobile bars are a white box with a sticker on it. The Boombox is a timber-framed build designed to sit in the Sea to Sky landscape, with a purpose-built bar on one side and a DJ booth on the other.
It is the only fully outfitted mobile bar and professional A/V trailer for hire between Squamish and Pemberton. One tow, one setup, one crew, and your bar, sound and DJ are handled.
Natural timber frame
Douglas fir framing, a custom stainless ice well and personalised menu display. It looks at home in a meadow, a farm or a forest clearing.
Electro-Voice + Denon
Two EV ETX loudspeakers, an 18″ sub, a Denon mixer and wireless mics. Run it from a phone, a DJ or a 12-piece band.

Every Boombox event is run by DJ Huck, our resident DJ and operator. He sets up the trailer, tunes the system to your site, and reads the room until the last song.
Huck has held residencies at some of Whistler's busiest rooms. He'll play your must-plays, skip your do-not-plays, and keep the dance floor full.
Take the whole box, or just part of it
Every event is different, so the trailer is too.
- Full Boom: bar, bartenders, sound and DJ.
- Bar only: cocktail bartenders for your whole event, no A/V.
- A/V only: speakers, sub, mixer and wireless mic for your own DJ or band.
- Your drinks or ours: supply your own and we chill and pour, or send a list and we shop it.
- Off grid: no power at the site? We bring a generator.

One self-contained bar and entertainment setup for your wedding: bar service for as long as you need it, four hours of DJ and MC, and a sound system built into the trailer.
What's in the box
- Mobile bar trailer delivered and set up, with bar tools, ice, standard mixers, garnishes and compostable cups.
- Serving It Right bartenders, roughly one per 75 guests, pouring a drinks menu we plan with you.
- Bar service all day, or for as long as you need it, within your venue and permit hours.
- Four hours of DJ Huck playing to your must-play and do-not-play lists.
- MC duties: grand entrance, speeches, first dance, cake cutting and last call.
- Sound: the trailer's PA, subwoofer and wireless mics for speeches.
- Setup and teardown included, and they don't count toward your DJ hours.

Bring your own alcohol under your Special Event Permit and we'll chill and serve it, or hand us the shopping list. We'll plan a signature cocktail with you, put your story on the big screen with a projector, and stay later if the party does.

All prices in CAD plus 5% GST. A 50% retainer holds your date; the balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
