One self-contained mobile bar and DJ setup for your Whistler, Squamish or Pemberton wedding: bar service for as long as you need it, four hours of DJ and MC, and a sound system built into the trailer.
What's in the box
- Mobile bar trailer delivered and set up, with bar tools, ice, standard mixers, garnishes and compostable cups.
- Serving It Right bartenders, roughly one per 75 guests, pouring a drinks menu we plan with you.
- Bar service all day, or for as long as you need it, within your venue and permit hours.
- Four hours of DJ Huck playing to your must-play and do-not-play lists.
- MC duties: grand entrance, speeches, first dance, cake cutting and last call.
- Sound: the trailer's PA, subwoofer and wireless mics for speeches.
- Setup and teardown included, and they don't count toward your DJ hours.

We tow in, level the trailer, rig the sound and ice the bar.

Drinks flow from the first toast. Plug in your own playlist before the DJ starts.

MC & speeches
Grand entrance, speeches on wireless mics, cake cutting, first dance.
- 4-hour DJ set
Dance floor
DJ Huck takes it from there. Add hours on the day if the floor's still full.

Last call & pack-down
Last call at least 30 minutes before close. We clean up and tow out.
His & hers cocktails, your playlist, your call
Bring your own alcohol under your Special Event Permit and we'll chill and serve it, or hand us the shopping list. We'll plan a signature cocktail with you, put your story on the big screen with a projector, and stay later if the party does.
Planning call and music + drinks questionnaire included, completed 30 days before the wedding.

All prices in CAD plus 5% GST. A 50% retainer holds your date; the balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
